Skincare that keeps up with the sun.
Solenne began on the California coast in 2021, with a question our shelves couldn't answer: what does skin that lives outside actually need?
Our founder spent ten years formulating for large beauty brands and her weekends on the water. Her own skin told her the industry had it backwards: more steps, more fragrance and more claims, while sun, salt and wind kept wearing the barrier down.
So we started with the barrier and worked outwards. A short routine of proven actives at the levels that work, fragrance-free, with every percentage on the label so nothing is hidden.
What we will always do
Fragrance-free, always
Scent is the most common cause of reactions in skincare. None of our products contains fragrance or essential oils.
Glass and card
Our bottles and jars are glass, our boxes recycled card. Empties can come back to us for refilling or recycling.
Made in small batches
Every product is made near our studio in Venice, California, in batches small enough to stay fresh on your shelf.
